1. General Information
This website is owned and operated by MYHAGear. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms; changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
2. Products & Orders
Product descriptions, images, and prices may change. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free content. Your order is an offer to purchase; we may refuse or cancel an order due to pricing or stock errors or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the method. Taxes and any disclosed fees (e.g., handling) are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to locations shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping costs are presented during checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Certain items (e.g., custom or clearance) may be non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To start a return, email support@myhagear.com.

Keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
